Of course! For a full staff session, we ask you to let us know your goals and expectations in advance. There is some overlap in the various types of strategy coaching we do, so we often recommend smaller, more targeted sessions with specific groups of staffers. However, if you need a full team training, we will work with you to make it happen!
Definitely. We know you may have different objectives than the person next door, so we tailor our coaching for each strategy to your office's specific goals and data. No two sessions are ever quite the same.
For DC offices, we can provide in-person or virtual coaching. If you plan to have a lot of people attending, we recommend a virtual session, so all the attendees can follow along on their own screens or watch together on a large screen. For district offices, we provide virtual sessions, and we’ll work with your schedule, no matter what time zone you’re in.
