Do you provide training? 

Of course! We make it easy to learn our constituent relationship management system. We offer virtual and in-person training at no extra cost — weekly or at your convenience. The training covers all areas of the system, from sending a newsletter to creating a casework satisfaction survey. We also have a massive library of tutorials for those who prefer step-by-step written instructions.

How do I get assistance when I need it?

Fireside is always here for you. With our Instant Chat, someone can assist you in less than 15 seconds. We also know your job isn't just from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., so we offer help via email at any hour of the day. Our inbox is monitored regularly by a Fireside support staffer.

How does the transition to Fireside CRM work?

You can provide 30 days notice at any time to your current vendor. To ensure a successful transition, we’ll provide your team with a Fireside project manager who will be your best friend for the next six weeks.
