Claudia is an Client Success Specialist who strives to provide great customer service and software support on a daily basis to our clients on Capitol Hill. She is a recent graduate from the University at Buffalo where she studied Communications. Through her major, she was able to take both computer programming and graphic design classes, which opened her eyes to a new interest in technology. During her summers of undergrad, she interned in DC for different lobbying firms and the House Committee on Ways and Means. She knew after her first summer that this is where she wanted to live and is so excited to call DC home! In her free time, Claudia enjoys going to sporting events with her friends (football, baseball, and hockey are her favorites) and taking advantage of the exciting atmosphere that DC has to offer.
